PRINTING A COPY OF COMMENTS
You can print comments for multiple students at a time. Before you start to print your reports, make a note of the students you want to print, and the classes they are in. This will help later in the process. If you feel that you need any help with this process, please contact the Help Desk.
To print a copy of your comment for your records, please do the following:
1) Click on the Reports tab.
2) This will load the "General" tab of the Reports area. Please check the following information:
Correct Trimester
Student subset: choose Students in Classes or Advisees
Report Type: Detail
3) Click on the Classes tab and select the class that contains the students you want to print. If you want to print your comments, click the "ALL" button.
4) Click on the Students tab and check off the appropriate students, or click "ALL" for all students from the list.
5) Click on the Format tab to finalize print settings. If you want the Comments to print, you MUST check the "Include Marking Column Comments" checkbox. Also, if you do not check the "One Student Per Page" checkbox, your printouts may not appear as you want them to. Be sure to review your "Print Preview" in item #7 below.
6) Click the Preview tab. You will see a preview of the printout inside a frame of the web page. The title will state "Progress Reports"
(Do not print this page!)
7) Click the Print BUTTON. You will see a window pop up that contains your comments.
Keep this window open, and proceed to the next step.
8) Under the File menu, select Print Preview 
9) At the bottom of the window, uncheck the "Headers and Footers" box. Your selection should look like the one below. Please note the number of pages for your printout. For security, try to make sure that you pick up the same number of pages from the printer when the printing is completed. Occasionally the printer runs out of paper and teachers leave without all their printouts.
10) Use the scroll buttons to confirm what you want to print, and then click the print button.
